All products ordered from the CPPL website are delivered by logisticians employed by CPPL. CPPL will try its best to ensure prompt delivery of products on the estimated arrival date when the order is placed. However, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery under any circumstances.
Member undertakes to provide an accurate shipping address to facilitate CPPL delivery. The member must pay for a product or service that is not delivered due to the completeness/accuracy of the address given at the time of the order. CPPL is not responsible for misplaced, lost shipments, delays, incorrect deliveries or any other damages caused by the member. The customer must carefully check all products, immediately after arrival.
We provide cash on delivery service to our valued customers. COD is only available for certain PINs, so orders will be confirmed if your PIN works. By choosing the COD option, the member agrees to pay the value of the order upon delivery. CPPL reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension.
Refund will be made at the same bank through which the product/service was purchased. For cash transfer transactions, the member has the option of getting credit to any bank account through NEFT and it is the member's responsibility to share valid bank details to avail the said return .
If you request a refund, the time it takes for the refund to arrive may depend on your bank. In most cases, you should get your money back within 30 days.
You agree to indemnify CPPL and any parties from whom CPPL has licensed any Content. Directors, officers and employees against all claims, damages, costs and expenses. This website and its contents are the sole property of CPPL and the use of its contents by other users is strictly prohibited.
